I actually cant believe im the first to review... i mean this is a very well made and well thought out manga. its actually one of the manga im constantly keeping an eye on. now about the story: its not an original manga. goes about the story of video game turning real; HOWEVER it is one of the best in the way that it is so realistic, even if the main character is OP. overall it is well made and very fun to read. it does have certain plot holes but their so small and few that it doesnt matter much if at all.
Gate Keepers: Solidifying The Sci Fi + School Life Formula
Starts off a real 8/10 till around the late 30 chapters (When our protagonist is invited to the Castle). From here onwards however, I feel it just continues to get unneccesarily slow and then, even futher on, it gets unneccesarily convoluted. At this point the score continues to drop for me and by chapter 52 I feel like I'm reading a 4/10, hence my middle ground score of 6.
If you want to read, I would recommend stopping at 30 if you are fine without an ending or if you just want to slog through those most recent chapters.
For an isekai shounen it's definitely above ... average to start but it ends up dropping too far at the end, a real shame.
Anime & Manga / Asian Fox Spirit
We start off with the main character beating the final boss ,, Origin of this death game called ,, The New Gate which trapped thousands of players inside. When he finishes his job (which actually looked pretty easy) he waits for everyone to log out, and plans to be the last one to do so, but ... then a door appears behind him, and he decides to enter it because why not. He gets teleported to a place which turns out to be the game, but after 500 years he beat the final boss. ( And also he cant log out again :/ ) And thus his adventures start- -- Story : 7 I gave it a seven because its not that bad, but it has some tiny plot-holes, not that they cause so many problems, but they are still there.. -- Art : 9 I couldnt decide if i should give it a 7, 8, or 9 because the art-style looks a bit clumsy, but still really detailed. I still went with the 9 because of those details. Oh boy, i looked back at some pages with action and they were pretty amazing -- Character : 9 The characters show some development, and are really relatable and show some logic (Im talking about the new chapters, i mean at my time its only near chapter 30.. so yeah i mean those chaps). I dont know what more should i say, maybe they are .. colourful? -- Enjoyment : 10 It really depends on the person, but so far im enjoying it.. so 10/10 (Not sure what people mean if they like vote 7/10 on this, it really is just a ,, yes or ,, no question..) And yeah there you go, hope you'll start reading it too!
