They are having the same author and the same feeling when you read it. The drawings are similiar to each other and it is a BL like At the end of the road. I think the only difference is mad dog is a little bit morebrutally because the people are dying.
Chansol never experienced friendship before he met Park Hanhoo, a troubled boy who terrifies school gangs and hides his face with an unruly haircut. The Mad Dog In My Style! Hope You Like It!
Both include gang related plot, strong unhinged handsome guys and their need to get the protag to fall in love with them. Similar stories but both very good and unique!
Both have a kind of unhinged ML who is violent and obsessed and protective over the MC, but flirty and loving as well?
Lee Won, who works as a poor lawyer in Russia, visits City Councilor Zdanov, who is in conflict over Nikolai's commission, and there he meets the mafia boss, Caesar. Behind City Councilor Zdanov, there was a mafia involved. The meeting between the two is extraordinary.

Hari’s normal. Sure, she can’t remember anything from when she was a child, but apart from that, she’s just a relatively unknown actress who dreams of making it big. All is well. That is, until she gets kidnapped. Luckily, Hari manages to emerge from that incident relatively unscathed, but… Why is the man who saved her following her around? What does a missing person’s case from twenty years ago have to do with anything? What secrets will be unearthed from Hari’s missing memories?
Guardians of the Lamb and Mag Dog feel are the straight/BL versions of each other. Seyhuk and Gale might aswell be the same character reincarnated with that attitude and grin haha
Other similarities: Both have a higher status second male lead with a secret, a sweet MC obsessed with being normal, bodyguards, slow-burn romance, a fantastic plotline, and they are both epic (completely unbiased)
Manga Like I Tamed My Ex Husband's Mad Dog
After years undercover it can be hard to regain your real identity... Lanshan’s a cop who just emerged from his work infiltrating the Golden Triangle’s big boss for years. Integrating back into regular life as a cop is disorienting, and Lanshan can’t shake loose these strange memories of murder and pain. And now there’s a handsome forensic artist he’s forced to work with... just who is this guy who seems irresistibly intertwined with his life? If he can’t trust his mind, can he trust his body?
Both of these are great stories with a similar character and art-style aesthetic about crime with lots of flirty tension between the main characters.
Mad Dog has some beautiful action scenes (Sehyuks grin deserves an award), and Body of Crime has an excellent psychological element and an intriguing, cat-loving main character who recently came back to the force after several years as an undercover gang member.
I Tamed My Ex Husband's Mad Dog [official] Chapter 10
Soohyun doesn’t have a “first love, ” but he definitely has a “first hate” - his high school classmate Eunsung. A smooth-mannered all-star, Eunsung snaps up first place in everything, leaving Soohyun always trailing behind in second place. Winning out over Eunsung is the one thing that motivates Soohyun, but after graduation, Soohyun contents himself with a dull, mediocre life. One day, Eunsung appears on the news, knee-deep in scandal and, for once, not perfectly at ease...lighting Soohyun’s inner fires once again. Desperate to see a fallen Eunsung with his own eyes, Soohyun jumps into the fray as a reporter, and gets Eunsung to strike an outrageous deal with him.
If you like fantastic dark BL drama's with a non-romantic/complicated dynamic and a similar subdued, eerie vibe/art-style then you might like this pairing. The personalities and plotlines are quite different, but these are both thoroughly enjoyable reads! Note: Checkmate is darker and more explicit.
