Hou Ken was one of Zhao’s 3 Great Heaven and Ou Ki’s personal enemy. He has killed strongest warriors like Duke Hyou, Ou Ki, Kyou, and Geki Shin, and defeated the likes of Shin and Kyou Kai.
He has immense physical durability and agility, but his trump card as a Bushin is Chi Manipulation. He can indefinitely manipulate Chi to achieve a level of strength higher than Clan Shiyuu’s Priestess Dance, which has a time limit.
There is no way I was leaving Heki off this list. He has all the fundamentals of warfare down pat, and this helps him with his tactical stratagems during battle.

Heki’s army is capable of executing the “defend and repair” strategy more efficiently than any other Qin army. He is also the one who teaches Shin to focus his power into a single point.
A Kou is the 1st Division commander general and the most trusted vassal of Ou Sen. He is also called the Iron Man due to his strong martial skill and combat abilities.
I’ve included Roku O Mi on this list over Ryu Koku and Den Ri Mi for his sheer stat advantage. Roku is a very capable general, and is able to adapt to the circumstances of a particular battle. We saw this during the Coalition arc when he fought Ka Rin’s army.

Shin, the protagonist of Kingdom, is the strongest of the Qin 3 young generation. Shin doesn’t have Mou Ten’s tactical prowess, nor Ou Hon’s adaptability, but Shin’s instinct and strength cannot be beaten.

Duke Hyou was easily the best Instinctual type General we have seen. He used his instincts to choose how to fight his enemies by reading their movements and then making intuitive decisions on the best strategy.

He had sharp tactical skills, and even discerned Ri Boku’s position during the war. He could also replicate Gaku Ki’s tactics and bold moves to take down his enemies.
As Shou Hei Kun says, considering Kan Mei’s strength is linked to his professional achievements, makes him one of the strongest men in all of China.

He was the face of the Coalition Army due to his experience, physical abilities, and tactical skill. He was able to figure out Mou Bu’s attempt of using the Echelon Formation during battle, and also brought him to the verge of death.
People tend to hold Mou Bu liable for Ou Ki’s death, but Mou Bu is a man of risk and did what came naturally to him. He has the best offense among the Great Generals and crushes Chu State’s Kan Mei during the Coalition Invasion.

In the past, he served as the right-hand man of Ou Ki and after his death, took charge of the army. He defeated Chu’s first army, stalled the second, and demonstrates a strong martial prowess in Wei. According to Go Hou Mei, Tou is the only general in Qin who can be considered to be without flaws.
Ou Sen is Qin Second Generation Third Great General. He is the best strategist among the 6 Great Generals and basically only fights wars he knows he can win.

After the Coalition War, she was also rewarded with the title of Da Shang Zhao of Qin. She’s a master swordsman, easily killing Bajio, Shunmen, and Goba in seconds. She was able to stop 90, 000 Zhao soldiers and take Wei’s fortress, Enshi, within a single day.
Granted, we haven’t seen much of him, but skipping him on this list would’ve been foolish given his legacy of strength and leadership.
He was considered by Ren Pa as the most dangerous opponent and we know for a fact that being the First Greatest means that Haku Ki definitely possessed some unreal talent for warfare.

Again, we haven’t seen much of him but his legend is too great to ignore. He’s the one who led the first coalition army against Qi.

Ren Pa, the former First Great Heaven of Zhao, is known as the wandering living legend. This is because he left Zhao and then joined Wei’s army.
After the Sanyou Campaign, he was exiled. Now, Ren Pa serves the State of Chu. He was one of the mightiest generals of the warring states. Even now, Ren Pa remains invincible in battle, having won multiple battles despite his age.
