You'd have to read it to believe it but these too mangas are very much alike. First off the art style is very similar. There are characters in this manga that look like Guts. There are other characters who seem to be styled after Fate Stay Night but thats a different story. Both Berserk and Goblin Slayer are dark fantasy stories. And just as Guts struggles to fight off sworn enemies while combatting his near insanity, Goblin Slayer only wants to kill goblins, to the point he's almost a oblin himself. Both series are wonderful and reccomended.
Both are dark and violent. Both have decent fighting. Both have a badass stoic fighter with a dark past, who uses their mind to outsmart their opponents. The differences are that Berserk has full blown gore and nudity, though Goblin Slayer does well on that aspect as well, but also has some more cute and innocent characters as well.
