We enjoyed a superb long weekend in May 2022 and the new developments and upgrading of the tennis and gym facilities at La Manga are superb. We were a group of 16 team standard tennis players from 2 clubs in england and all of our group had an amazing time and they now want me to organise the trips twice a year! Nick, the new owner, couldn't have been more accommodating, the coaches and courts were superb and even the weather was kind. La Manga is such great value for groups of tennis players that you really can't go wrong. I thoroughly recommend it and we are already planning our 2023 trip with much excitement.
Friendly and informative coaches. Time on court missed due to bad weather, was made up on another day. Good mix of tuition, fun games and playing points.. Well organised social doubles competition

The new racquet club has transformed our experience as owners. Regardless of ability there is a welcoming and relaxed approach to bring out the best in everyone. Having never played Padel before, over a six week period I played 15 times. The socials on Tuesday and Thursday are a great way to meet neighbours and improve in a social environment. Go for it; you’ll thank me!
There has been a group of 16 of us going to La Manga to play tennis now for number of years and it has always been great. This year proved to be even more special as a result of the improvements that have been made and the establishment of padel courts, with a terrific area to sit, watch and drink beer!! The service and helpfulness from the staff when booking courts to the staff serving drinks at the bar was absolutely first class. Now planning not just another tennis trip but potentially a padel trip next year too!!! Thanks for making our trip to La Manga so enjoyable Edwin

This is my first visit to The Racquets Club and to sum up my experience, it is ‘better than brilliant!’ The facilities, people and atmosphere is outstanding. The Adult Tennis Academy has been awesome. And the new gym facility equally impressive.
I used the gym every day for 14 days. I couldn't stay away. The gym is spacious and not crowded. The equipment is all new and up to date. Showering facilities excellent. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Highly recomnended. I will be back on my next trip.

On behalf of the seven of us who spent the last four days playing padel tennis at the La Manga Racquets Club, can we say a huge thanks for your support and friendliness that helped make our experience all the more special. We loved the vibe around the club especially on Friday night when the social padel was in full swing. We met some terrific people and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We probably have to apologise for being a noisy bunch, but with enthusiasm and fun comes volume with us, as you may have gathered. Anyway, thank you again for organising our bookings, producing a great club atmosphere and running such a fun and professional place. We wish you nothing but success with your new venture. We love this place!! Sensational service and coffee. It is such a lovely place to relax, have a drink, enjoy the music and watch or play tennis. Antonio (the barista) is unbelievably friendly and hospitable and he genuinely makes the best coffee in Spain. We were sad to leave this place!
If you've not been back for a while - go back & if you've not been then go!! We used to visit 3 times a year but as a few coaches left and the tennis centre started getting tired and expensive & we stopped visiting. We heard that the Tennis Centre had undergone some positive changes and decided to visit again in August and we weren't disappointed. Nick and Sally have brought the place back to life. There has been massive investment in the courts and new Padel courts installed where the bowling green once was. Miguel is also back with a great coaching team. Whether you want to enjoy the Academy's, private lessons, social play or tournaments there is something for everybody. The shop is well equipped and prices are back to reasonable levels. There is a brand new state of the art gym and a new bar is also on the way. 5 stars from the whole family, we had a fantastic time and look forward to visiting again soon. I was incredibly thrilled and taken with the club's high-quality equipment, the very friendly reception, and a gym that I have not seen in such a first-class and well-maintained condition even in top-class studios in Germany. It's amazing what the management and its team have invested in terms of time, money and effort. Proof that quality pays off. It was a great pleasure and the club can be recommended in every respect for athletes who also focus on quality and a little luxury. Many thanks to The Racquets Club!

Recently spent a fantastic 2 weeks staying on La Manga club. It is a resort i have visited many times but this visit was made even better by a beautifully refurbished and well run Tennis Centre. They have built 8 Padel Courts and run regular academy, coaching and social games which are great fun and value for money for all the family and is a game most can adapt to well- i can see why it is the most popular game played after Football in Spain!! Nick and Sally are great hosts and their coaching staff (Nino and David we had) were excellent !! This is backed up by an efficient and friendly reception staff -thank you Pilar and Maria !! Can't wait to go back to the club and first port of call will be the Tennis Centre and Padel!!
My wife and I have been staying in various accommodation at La Manga resort for 4 weeks It’s a long way to come from New Zealand where we live but apart for the last 2 yrs due to lockdowns we have been here every year for at least a few weeks from 2014 when we discovered the resort One more week to go in the tennis academy program which goes from Monday to Friday 9am till 11am They grade for most levels into groups of 4 or 5 and we have had a great time, met new people and even improved our tennis There’s a big investment going on here but it will be a bumpy road ahead until the Brit’s adapt to life after covid and Brexit The coaches are fantastic, the clay courts in superb condition, 7 new padel courts, new outdoor cafe the list goes on. If you love tennis this is dollar for dollar better than the Florida tennis academies where English is spoken

The best tennis facility I have ever visited with well maintained clay courts . Unfortunately, the place is very expensive (£15 for court hire and £48 for a hit with a coach ). More often than not the place is empty-perhaps pricing may have something to do with it!
